Order Processing

Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or viral events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Please note: Due to high demand and global shipping conditions, delivery may occasionally take up to 21 business days. We are doing our best to ensure your full satisfaction and fast delivery.

Lost Shipments Policy

In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, customers are encouraged to contact our Client Concierge immediately. At the customer's request, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method. Should no refund be requested, BARRIER will automatically dispatch a replacement shipment to the customer's original shipping address at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through our Order Concierge or global tracking portals.

Customs & Duties

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. BARRIER is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

BARRIER is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. While we are not a shipping carrier, we will take full responsibility for ensuring you receive your order by assisting in a claim or sending a replacement.

Split Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations.

P.O. Boxes / Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) to ensure secure delivery.
